Shipped with Canada Post. Only parcels with tracking are insured and can be followed in transit. If you don't choose tracking, it is impossible to locate, predict shipping times or file a claim for a lost or damaged parcel. International items can take up to 12 weeks to arrive - especially when shipped to Asia, Australia, and Europe.
Please ensure you have entered the correct mailing address. Seller is not responsible for parcels once they've been mailed. Refunds on journals and tangible journal kits will only be considered if tracking option is available and that it can be determined that the parcel was lost or damaged in transit by the shipping companies and or returned undelivered. Where NO tracking is available, refunds will only be considered if the item is returned to me undelivered.
